Cancellation Window: Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via phone or email with your order ID.
πΈ Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

Non-Delivery: If the product is not delivered due to unforeseen reasons.

Lost in Transit: If the courier confirms that the shipment was lost during transit.
In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7β10 business days after verification.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for products that have been delivered successfully and in good condition.
π Replacement for Defective Products
We take quality seriously. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you are eligible for a free replacement under the following conditions:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

Return the defective product to our warehouse (we will assist with pickup or return instructions).

After inspection and confirmation of the defect at our facility, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
Please ensure the original packaging and tags are retained for a smooth return process.
